Delivery and collection of orders
Rules for the dispatch of ordered goods or personal collection.

We send parcels to countries in Europe, the United States of America and Canada via Global Express with a link to monitoring.
The price for international shipment appears each time you place an order.
If you wish to order a parcel to another country please contact us in advance.

On the territory of Poland, we send parcels by parcel and courier service Inpost, courier service DPD and Orlen Paczka.

The shipment is carried out within 1-2 working days from the moment of receiving the payment confirmation (payment is credited to our account).

Delivery time must be added to the processing time.

Economy and priority mail are sent in plain envelopes.
Parcels sent by parcel post and courier service are sent in bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes.

Personal collection between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., after prior telephone arrangement (tel. 534 159 789) at our wholesale warehouse at ul. Władysława Łokietka 3 in Kraków. The warehouse is located at the end of the courtyard on the right-hand side.

FREE DELIVERY is valid only within Poland for orders from 400.00 PLN upwards. Then the parcel is sent by Inpost parcel machines and Inpost courier. Free shipping requires prepayment by bank transfer or online payment.

FOREIGN shipments are sent by DPD courier and UPS courier or by Polish Post.
The price for international shipment appears each time you place an order.

PARCEL INSURANCE.
Parcels sent by parcel post, courier and Global Express are insured, guaranteeing a refund in the event of damage or loss.

DAMAGE TO THE CONTENTS OF THE PARCEL
We recommend checking the contents of the parcel in the presence of the courier. If the parcel is missing or the contents are damaged/broken, please write a damage report in the presence of the courier. Please also take photos and send them together with the damage report to our e-mail address sklep@pamiatki-upominki.eu.
Only the writing of the damage report at the time of receipt of the insured consignment guarantees the successful assertion of claims.

DELIVERY PRICE LIST
Delivery prices depend on the carrier selected, the delivery methods, the dimensions of the parcel and its weight. The delivery price is the gross price and is indicated each time an order is placed.

Order and delivery status.
You can check the status of your order in real time:

If you created an account during the ordering process - you will check the status after logging in.
If you did not create an account - check your order status without logging in.
(by entering your order number and your e-mail).
